Is it better to approach weigh loss nutritionally? A balanced diet with everything in moderation is a healthy diet. Restricting foods isn’t. ⁣

Candy ⁣

Nothing is out of bounds as long as it fits my macros 🙌🏼🙌🏼⁣

I’ve lost 62kg/136.4 lbs doing this, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been and I don’t eat copious amounts of leaves. ⁣
