My throat was bothering me, so I went for a COVID test. (It was negative.) After the nurse took my vitals, he asked me if I’m a runner. I told him that I spin or run pretty much every day. And he said, “I can tell from your resting heart rate.” Honestly, that was the best thing ever. It was better than hearing, “you’ve lost so much weight!” I'M HEALTHY!!!!!!!
