2018 at 343lbs -> 2020 at 164lbs ✨Losing the weight was the easy part after surgery and now comes the challenging part- maintaining weight loss. My doctor said that after you finish losing, it’s expected to put on 10-15 lbs as your body settles. And I have. But it’s a mind game. Seeing the scale go up is so triggering for me, especially as someone who has lost a substantial amount in the past and put it back on.
