#throwbackthursday This is the longest I’ve gone without going to the gym in 2 years and I miss it. I enjoy going on walks but something about the gym just puts me in the right mood. But during this quarantine I’ve been so grateful to still have my health and to be able to still work. I’m so proud of myself for trying to workout and be active. Two years ago if this had happened I would have been a couch potato eating whatever I wanted not being active at all. I am still in awe at my progress and where I’m at today. From a 4x T-shirt to a L . Sometimes I wake up and I look in the mirror and I still see the overweight girl looking back at me and doubt myself but some days I wake up extremely proud but here lately not so much. I am ready for things to be back normal so I can get in the gym daily and continue to work on my weight loss. I’ve got 30 more pounds to lose to get to my next goal and I’m ready to crush it. .
