Today is my 7year Anniversary of when I decided to change my life. It’s been a long road that I’m still learning. Everyday is a new experience with it. It’s the best and worst thing I’ve ever done but I wouldn’t change what I’ve learnt at all with the whole experience. I’ve gone from 16.10stone down to 7stone and now I’m at a healthy weight of 8.11stone.
